Both of their infomation can be seen in the wikipedia link:

He applies the technique to his musical theater singing, but in fact he started in pop singing before he got his training, so he applies the technique to the more contemporary selections as well, to make his contemporary style singing sounds even better than before. He was also a member of La Jolla Symphony Chorus. He is able to sing in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, French, German, Italian,  Japanese, and Korean.

For his piano training, he started playing piano since he was 5, holds a grade 8 in ABRSM piano, and has been training by a student of Marden Abadi, director of La Jolla Piano Institute. He plays 11 instruments in total (voice, melodica, piano, ukulele, harmonium, xylophone, guitar, bass, accordion, keyboard recorder, taisho-koto). He always improvises, makes arrangements on his own and writes some new songs, and he also plays melodica with some local musicians.
